GENERAL POLICIES
UnixBox On-line Services, Inc. ("UnixBox") hereby agrees to provide you
with internet access services ("Services") in accordance with these "Terms and
Conditions." You, the User, shall indicate your acceptance of these "Terms
and Conditions" by your usage of our Services until you inform us in writing
to have the Services discontinued. UnixBox shall not be obligated to provide
any Services before this document, signed and dated by the User, is
returned to us.
The Terms and Conditions listed here may be changed from time to time by
UnixBox. The User shall agree to accept such changes or send written
notification to UnixBox to terminate this contract. Either party may
terminate this agreement at any anytime. UnixBox also reserves the right to
terminate any User's account, with or without cause, at anytime.
The User agrees that any access made to other networks via the Services
shall be in compliance with the other networks' policies. However, should a
conflict arise between those policies and this agreement, this agreement shall
take precedent and UnixBox shall be the sole arbiter of the interpretation
thereof.
The User shall notify UnixBox of any changes in account contact
information, such as physical address, telephone number, e-mail address, and
etc. These Terms and Conditions are subjected to changes. The latest version
is always available online at UnixBox's Web Server. It shall be the User's
responsibility to remain informed of such changes.
UnixBox makes no warranties of any kind and assumes no liability for any
damages suffered by the user. The damages might include, but is not limited
to, loss of data from delays, nondeliveries, and misdeliveries.
The User agrees not to sell, assign, share, or transfer his/hers
Services without prior written consent of UnixBox. The User also agrees to
hold UnixBox harmless for lack of performance or delay for any reason,
including, but not limited to: acts of God, war, riots, embargoes, strikes or
acts by its suppliers, concealed acts of workers (whether of UnixBox or others)
or accidents, and attacks by vandals or 'cyber' criminals, or as a result of
illegal conspiracies or other illegal acts tending to victimize or interfere
with the normal operation of UnixBox.
UnixBox will attempt to notify the User in the event of any of the
foregoing occurrences.
BILLING POLICIES
No new account shall be created before the first monthly
payment and set-up fee are received by UnixBox. Please make check payable to XXmatch. The User
shall also agree to
pay for the Services in accordance with UnixBox's Billing Rates currently
in effect. If payment is not received when due, the User's account may be
terminated. It is also the User's responsibility to ensure that any payments
UnixBox receives are clearly noted with respect to the account for which
they are intended.
These Services may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission and/or
retransmission of any information, data, communication, material or content in
violation of any state, federal, and international regulations is strictly
prohibited. The User shall agree to hold UnixBox harmless from any damaging
claims resulting from the usage of this Services.
SYSTEM POLICIES
In conjunction with the User's usage of UnixBox's Services, the User
shall agree to abide by the following UnixBox.com system policies:
- Users shall promote efficient use of the Services and the networks to
minimize unnecessary network traffic and interference with the work of other
users.
- Users shall not disrupt UnixBox's networks or any other network
systems, Users also shall not disrupt any other services provided over any of
the networks.
- UnixBox's networks shall not be used to transmit any communication
where the meaning of the message, its transmission, or distribution, would
violate any applicable laws or would likely be offensive to the recipient there
of.
- The User shall refrain from mass electronic posting, or spamming, to
any unsolicited group.
- Violations of system or network security is strictly prohibited and
will result in civil and criminal liabilities. UNIXBOX system stuffs reserve the right to monitor, record, trace any suspected violators, and report to law enforcements. Such violations include, but are not limited to the following:
- Exceeding authorized access.
- Scan of any system on the internet
- Denial of service attacks targeting anyone or any system
on the internet.
